RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.
Remember to contact me about your order by email before sending back your return.

Items returned must be returned in a re-sellable condition unless they arrived faulty.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and items that do will not be eligible for refunds. 
It’s your responsibility to pay for the return postage and it’s not refundable (unless your order arrived faulty).
This returns policy lasts for 14 days after your order is delivered. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately a refund/exchange cannot be offered.

Refunds

Once I have received your return, I’ll send you an email to notify you and let you know if the item have approved for a refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
This can take up to 10 days to arrive in your account. 


Exceptions

These rules do not apply to:

  • goods and services worth £42 or less,
  • customer knew an item was faulty when they bought it,
  • damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it,
  • personalised items and custom-made items (except they’re faulty).
